This floating restaurant has been commissioned by the Epinay-sur-Seine city council and is now called “L’Avant Seine“.
Our naval architecture agency has been mandated by the city council in collaboration with Oreka Ingénierie, to assist the city concil through a mission of “Project Management”.
During this project, our mission was to identify the needs of the shipowner, to study the feasibility of fitting out an existing barge and to compare such a solution with a new construction.
The second option having been chosen. We were hence asked to define, in collaboration with the city council of Épinay-sur-Seine, the dimensions, surfaces, masses and costs of the boat.
Our yacht design agency then went through a sketch of the restaurant and selected the yacht designer who will be in charge of the complete conception of the restaurant.
The design of this floating building was entrusted to the company SEINE DESIGN, which was responsible for the architecture and naval engineering of this very attractive floating restaurant: a superb success!
