In the nautical press this month, we can read the Paris Normandie newspaper which interviewed Vincent Lebailly a few days ago. The aim was to get Vincent feelings concerning the evolution of nautical field since the crisis in the Normandy region.

As vice-president of the Normandy Maritime sector in charge of nautical activities, Vincent Lebailly took part in the exercise.

During the interview, Vincent Lebailly recalls what the Region and Normandy Maritime are realising in order to assist nautical industries from Normandy. Nautical boat shows are coming just after the summer season. And several sailing races will be leaving or arriving in Normandy such as the Rolex Fastnet or the Transat Jacques Vabres.

However, boating is constantly evolving and the Marinas from the Normandy (same as other French marinas by the way) need to innovate and rethink their offer. It is also in this context that the sector helps the marinas to jointly imagine the services of the “marina of the future”. This is what Vincent reminds us in the nautical press here.
